At your portal you can pay your rent, schedule a repeating payment, check your balance and request repairs. Requesting repairs through the portal is the fastest way to get the request to us.
By paying online, you eliminate the possibility of your payment’s delivery being delayed and incurring a late fee. And with automatic payments, it is set it and forget it so you don’t have to worry about getting your rental payments in on time. Additionally, you can pay with a credit card in case of a cash shortage at rent payment time.
Paying by eCheck is always free. There is a service fee charged on all debit and credit card payments. The entire fee amount is paid to a third-party payment vendor and no portion of it is received or retained by Touchstone Properties so we are unable to waive it. You will always be informed of the fee amount before you make the payment. If it is not acceptable, you may cancel the transaction.
